For the utmost in convenience, many prescription medications will be available for purchase at Lakeside Primary Care.
Regulations prohibit us from accepting insurance for prescriptions but most are available for the price of an average copay.
Having many acute medications available on site will make your medical experience like "one stop shopping." We will offer:

- Eye drops
- Ear drops
- Allergy medications
- Inhalers
- Creams and ointments for rashes
- Non-narcotic pain medications
- Muscle relaxants
- Anti-emetics (Medicine for nausea)
- Anti-vert (medicine for dizziness)

- Reflux medicines
For chronic medical conditions, we will carry many initial doses of medication for the following:

- Heart Disease
- Hypercholesterolemia
- Birth control
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Arthritis
- Diabetes
If you are started on a new chronic medication, sometimes it takes time to adjust the dose of the medication to control the underlying problem properly. Instead of having to send away to a mail order pharmacy a dose that may not be your eventual dose, you can pick up your starter 30 day medication at Lakeside to try and then adjust it as your doctor sees fit. Once your medical problem is under control and the right dose is known, then you can send away to a mail order pharmacy.
